Doors | A Poem

Oh Lord,

Open or close these doors

If you close them

May I not leave my foot in the door in desperation

If you open them

Help me to not lean on my own understanding

But to lean on your everlasting

If you close them may I rejoice in what you saved me from

If you open them may I walk boldly

In what you made me for!
