girl dancing

I actually pictured me in Your arms.

It was a Daddy-Daughter dance.

You were swaying me to a sweet rhythm.

I felt Your heartbeat.

I leaned on Your chest and we danced.

I didn’t need to hear the music.

Worshiping You was my melody.

I didn’t see anyone else it was just You and me.

We moved in sweet tandem and we danced.

Your love swelled in my heart.

Knowing You took time with me.

I hadn’t felt a love like this before.

You danced with me and I felt adored.

So, for that dance, thank You Lord.

with joy,

MJ
